Change is a normal part of life. When you are weathering major change, whether you consider it positive or negative, planned or unplanned, it can be discombobulating. It can also be an opportunity to make fresh choices and establish new directions.
Join instructor Carolyn Koehnline, journal therapist and clutter coach, who will share clutter-clearing perspectives and practices, and brief, effective writing processes to help you say goodbye to the chapter that’s ending, and make space and set intention for the chapter that’s emerging.
